SparePac – On-Site Component Kits
We recognize that at some point, all mechanical components fail. While we build equipment to last years – if not decades – and incorporate only the highest quality components from industry leading manufacturers like Emerson, Eaton, ABB, and others, the industries we serve are often severe duty and highly corrosive.
So, to help keep your equipment running smoothly with the absolute minimum downtime, we offer a SparePac kit that can be stored on-site so needed repairs can happen in a matter of minutes or hours, not days or weeks.
SparePac kits come with factory-approved replacement components in an easy-to-store, quickly accessible, corrugated plastic case that can be loaded into a service vehicle for field service. Components commonly include:
- Condenser and evaporator motors and associated fans/blower wheels
- Electrical components such as contactors, transformers, fuses, relays, and overloads, etc.
- Crankcase heaters
- Refrigerant components such as TXVs, pressure switches, hot gas bypass valves, filter dryers, etc.
SparePac kits provide an excellent value, especially when your application uses several of the same type of system. You can also customize your SparePac kit to include additional items such as particulate filters or additional chemical filtration media.
